Shipping and delivery policy
Pashupaalak is an online service. Nothing is shipped to you physically, and there are no shipping charges.
How the service is delivered
You use Pashupaalak on the web at pashupaalak.com and in the Android app. Your account is ready as soon as you sign up.
When a paid plan starts
After a successful online payment, your Plus or Pro plan is active on your account at once, usually within a few minutes. You can see it under Billing, with the payment in your payment history.
If you sent an upgrade request for us to approve by hand, the plan is activated within 1 working day of our receiving your payment.
If your plan isn't active within 24 hours of paying, write to support@pashupaalak.com with the payment reference. If we can't activate it, we refund you in full (see the refund and cancellation policy).

Pashupaalak is offered to farms in India. Prices are in Indian rupees (₹).
